Return Policy
We have a 7-day store credit return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return shipping label, repackage your order, and ship it back to us. All returns will be for store credit only. A return must be requested for each individual item that is to be returned. We will not honor returns for items that were not requested to be returned within 7 days from item delivery date listed on the tracking.
We offer Free Returns in the US Only. International customers outside of the US will be responsible for all return postage, duties and fees necessary for the return package to be delivered to the return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original ONEK tag, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@onek.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancelling an Order
Any requests to cancel an order after it is placed will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee is to cover transaction fees which are not reimbursed by Shopify. Only customer requested cancellations will be subject to the cancellation fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Return refunds will be for store credit only. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This process may take up to 3 days. If approved, you will receive a Foreign Objects gift card for the total amount of your original purchase.
Price Match Guarantee
We will price match any competitors price on the same item in a comparable condition. Price matches MUST be sent and agreed to before the item is purchased. We will not price match an item after it is already purchased.
